Our Xtrac Monitor tracks what rooms the Providers and patients are in as well how much time it is taking at each step of the patient flow process.
This large screen aggregates all of the exams and their activity. You will know what Provider is working what rooms as well carry over the Patient ID with their Provider, Appt Time, and how long the patient has been in the clinic.
The monitor also displays how many patients are waiting for the respective Provider.

This Dashboard allows the Clinic Manager to see what the average KPIs are for the clinic as well as a drill down in KPI averages for each Provider. Our system scores each KPI based upon national averages in RED, YELLOW, and GREEN, giving the Clinic Manager an idea of where she might be struggling and need to focus.
The goal for any clinic is to move the RED scores, to YELLOW scores and then ultimately to GREEN scores, in the hopes each clinic achieves an all GREEN Scorecard.
